The quality of training courses depends on professional credentials, scientific background and international recognition of trainers/lecturers as well as on reputation and image of the training centre. We aim at benchmarking the national standards of training programs to promote sustainable development of human resources and human capital through bringing the best Western knowledge resources in Georgia.
Our centre has educated more than 500 individuals and around 1500 employees from public, private and non-governmental organizations in Georgia and abroad, including foreign nationals from the USA, UK, Germany, Austria, Norway.
We encourage applications from established or emerging leaders on senior and middle managerial level who have been recommended by their organizations, and from individual persons who seek self-realization in highly competitive and diversified job markets. Most important, after the training they will return to their organizations with fresh ideas, new management and leadership skills, and a greater capacity for addressing the challenges their companies will face.
Training participants are introduced with highly valuable licensed course materials including e-books, free software, tests, etc. Upon completion of the course participants will be provided with the certificates of attendance. Those demonstrating outstanding performance will be awarded Certificates of Achievement.
